Many guests don’t want to have to download an app just to check in to their hotel. That’s why Virdee developed a mobile web solution. Guests can access mobile web from a link in the welcome email and are then led through the check-in steps.

Guests start the check-in process using a deep link from the welcome email, taking them straight to check-in without having to copy and paste a confirmation code. Identity verification, payment, and signature all taken care of.
Check-in upgrades and amenities
When using mobile web, guests can make special requests, upgrade their room, or book amenity packages without having to visit or call the front desk.
Easy access to mobile key and key cards
Following check-in, guests have multiple options to access their room key. They can scan a QR code and get a key card at a lobby kiosk, download their digital room key straight into their mobile wallet, or download the app to access their mobile key.
