What happens if a guest arrives early?
During the check-in process, guests have the ability to pick an arrival time and, if needed, they can then be presented with the option to pay for early check-in. If a guest arrives before their room is ready, they are enrolled in the Room Ready Notification flow, which notifies them once their room is ready. Guests can even receive a key card at the lobby kiosk and are then notified via text and email of their room number once the room is ready, removing a second trip to the kiosk.

Large resorts and hotels place value on personal interactions with guests. Lobby ambassadors can provide a more personal touch than the front desk staff by greeting guests as they enter the hotel.
