RESIDE Worldwide Teams Up with Virdee to Implement “Touchless” Check-In 
Technology Solution

Solution enables seamless customer arrivals while providing safe access
to properties

SEATTLE – Nov. 10, 2020 – RESIDE Worldwide, Inc. (www.staywithreside.com), a premiere prop-tech and alternative accommodations firm with operations in over 19,000 cities and 60 countries (RESIDE), announced today that it has partnered with Virdee, Austin, TX based SaaS provider serving the hospitality, short-term rental, multi-family and commercial real estate industries, to implement its  “touchless” check-in and check-out process. 

RESIDE will initially deploy Virdee Concierge via the Virdee App and stand-alone kiosks in two of its managed buildings on the east and west coast including The Beekman Tower in New York City and The Oxford in Seattle, Washington.

  • Automated workflow provides safe access – By automating front-of-house workflows, Virdee allows guests to more safely access RESIDE’s properties at a time when human touchpoints and personal interaction have become more challenging. The Virdee Concierge reduces average on-site check-in time to under 20 seconds while also offering ID verification, payment collection and remote support. 
  • Contactless customer experience – The product provides RESIDE with the ability to elevate the guest experience while simultaneously increasing margins and boosting profitability for the owners of the properties through “tech-first” interactions.
