  • The Virdee app uses location data in order to enable digital key functions

Personal image 

  • The virdee app may collect your face image and identity document in order to complete identity verification through a third party. We do not save your image.

  • Name of company and/or trade - if it is a legal entity

DO NOT SELL MY DATA

VIRDEE Inc. minimizes amount of personal data collected and processed. Also, VIRDEE Inc. follows recommendations from CCPA related to "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" concept. Any person can easily opt-out from our having their personal data by simply sending your first name and last name in an email message to support@virdee.io with information from what you would like to opt-out.

 

SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION 

We may share your personal information with service providers, business partners and other third parties, in accordance with applicable law and business agreements we have with such institutions. In certain cases, when the law does not require it, your personal data may be passed on to third parties such as accounting service, company that provides customer management software, company that analyses our website, delivery service and the like. This way VIRDEE, Inc. confirms that it warned all suppliers (third parties) used in business that they are obliged to treat personal data obtained in accordance with the law and other positive regulations, and to apply adequate organizational and technical data protection measures.

Additionally, in situations where applicable, processed data must be resolved by concluding Data Protection Agreement (DPA) which clearly stipulates the obligations of suppliers.

If we are required by law to obtain your consent or for any other reason, we believe that your consent is required in certain circumstances, we will ask for it before sharing your personal information.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Based on GDPR regulation Articles 16 to Article 22, every Data Subject can exercise eight rights under the GDPR which are aligned with the primary principles of transparency, security and accountability. These rights help the owner's of personal data hold businesses accountable by providing streamlined processes that hand back control of personal data to the people who own it.

  • The Right to Rectification
    • Each data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her
  • The Right to Erasure (Right to be forgotten)
    • Each data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay
  • The Right to Restrict Processing
    • Each data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies: the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data and/or the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead
  • The Right to Data Portability
    • Each data subject shall have the right, to receive the personal data concerning him or her that was provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format
  • The Right to Object
    • Each data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time, to processing of personal data concerning him or her, which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions.
  • The Right to Avoid Automated Decision-Making
    • Each data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her, or similarly significantly affects him or her

Children and minors

VIRDEE, Inc. does not communicate in any way with children and/or minors. If accidental contact occurs, all contact and communication with children and minors is carried out in a way that communicates, talks, negotiates and contracts exclusively with the parent / guardian. The contract, consent, consent, and any other legally binding document are signed exclusively by the parent / guardian.

 

How do we store data?

We store and process only those data and from those users who have given personal consent for their processing and / or in accordance with contractual obligations or we have obtained such data based on law or contract.
